Our Unique Service needs a Unique Team, and we're always on the look out for individuals who will help us develop and grow.

In exchange for dedication and flexibility we offer an extensive training and development program, which doesn't just focus on what we want but what you want too!

Since opening in 2019 our team members have completed, or are completing,  NVQ's 3's and 5's. Staff have received Facilitator training in the Nurturing and Incredible Years Programs. Our Domestic Abuse specialists have received Own My Life Facilitator, You and Me, Mum, Facilitator and Rockpool Recovery Tool Kit training. We continue to grow our ParentAssess team, with four completing in 2023 and two more already enrolled in 2024. And we haven't even begun telling you about all the other training opportunities there are, including the Induction Framework, in house training, training in mental health, first aid, child development, alcohol, drug and gambling awareness and tons more!

In addition to great development opportunities, flexibility with hours and the best colleagues ever, we also offer above minimum wage rates of pay.

38.6 Solutions staff are expected to work in partnership with parents, carers and other agencies encouraging and empowering families to understand and meet the needs of their children. Our staff are responsible for the safety and security of all the residents and property at the Centre & within the community properties. Staff will be expected to engage effectively with the residents, to observe the restrictions of confidentiality and to respect the dignity of residents at all times. 

All applicants will be subject to Enhanced DBS checks.

Drivers must hold a clean license and be able to obtain business insurance.
