Family Contact House

 Partnering with 38.6 Solutions Ltd we provide a unique home from home environment for families to enjoy time together safely. With experienced family time workers for a secure and enjoyable family contact.  Each family will have exclusive use of their own contact room with toys and games availble to enjoy and explore. Our contact center allows for a more natural experience, and is suitable not only for small children but teens or family reconciliation. Family Time spaces benefit from the additional security of CCTV recording, assuring the safety of all. 

We provide contact within Private Proceedings and for Local Authorities.

•  Contact available Mon-Fri between 9am & 7pm, Weekends 10-4.30.

• Pre-contact meeting(s)  –  a meeting with both- parents separately to confirm details of contact. It also includes a child preparation session (bringing your child to the centre to look around and meet staff), if necessary. 

• Supervised Contact includes venue hire, in person supervisor, contact report & CCTV monitoring

• Supported only; includes venue hire, in person supervisor/CCTV monitoring.
